We are a local family whose origins date back when Thai Food was first introduce to Eugene in 1988 at a well known Thai Restaurant inside Fith Street Public market.
Phayao Workman , Our head chef and owner still cooks your favorite dish. Peanut Sauce Curry, Mint Leaves and Chilies, and the original Massaman Curry , and more.
She was featured in the Register Guard as well as the Eugene Weekly newspaper a few times in recognition of her authentic Thai dishes .
Our Chef continue her cooking career at Manola’s Thai Cuisine where she decided to go on her own with her daughter Suchada (Yui). Her restaurant opened the doors to the public in February 12 of 2004.
Phayao Continues the old tradition of passing on the old recipes of Thai Food she inherited from her mom seven and a half decades ago to her Daughter Yui. She still cooks authentic Thai Food at Manola’s Thai Cuisine and make sure her daughter Suchada cooks your favorite dish to perfection just like she does.
